Justine Flynn’s industry experience includes an extensive list of credits spanning directing, producing, acquisitions, consulting and development. As Director of her own creative consultancy, Buster Productions, Justine developed projects for a variety of clients including: Animal Logic; sixty40; Heiress Films; South Pacific Pictures; Southern Star; Murdoch Media and Screen NSW.

Justine has also held senior executive roles such as the Manager of Factual and Entertainment Development for the ABC where she oversaw the development of many successful series such as Spicks and Specks, Summer Heights High and the Einstein Factor to name a few.  For several years Justine was the Executive Producer at Nickelodeon Australia producing and developing a strong body of work for the network both in Australia and overseas.

Justine wrote and developed the SBS Accord Documentary From Korea With Love, formed part of the creative development team behind Blue Water High, was co-creator of Bambaloo and co- producer of Raggs for Southern Star and Channel Seven. Justine co-produced the pre-school series Five Minutes More for ABC (Aust) and Disney UK, developed and produced Hotspell for SBS television and was live action director for the series Dirtgirl World currently airing on the BBC, ABC and CBC.

As co-owner and Head of Live Action at Sticky Pictures Justine is currently producing the sitcom series Me and My Monsters in partnership with Tiger Aspect.  This new series will air on BBC, ABC, ZDF and Nickelodeon in 2011.
